Production & Delivery:

• Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 3-4 days. However, if you need it quickly please contact us.
• The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
• Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs

This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.
