Will a 3x3m stand kit fit inside a standard UK shell scheme? +

Organisers sell floor space at 3m x 3m, while the usable area inside a shell scheme is slightly smaller because the shell's own uprights and wall panels sit within your plot. Check the technical manual for the internal dimensions and for whether you are allowed to fix anything to the shell walls, since many venues forbid it. A freestanding kit sidesteps that rule entirely because it stands on its own feet.

How much of the floor should I leave clear for visitors? +

Nine square metres disappears quickly. The most common mistake is a full-width table across the front, which turns your stand into a counter and stops anyone stepping in. Keep the back wall for branding, use a single slim counter set to one side as a greeting point, and leave a clear route in from the aisle. A stand people can walk into holds conversations far longer than one they have to talk across.

Can one person build a 3x3m exhibition stand kit? +

Build the frame flat on the floor first, stand it up, then fit the graphic — trying to dress the frame before it is upright is what usually causes creases and dropped sections. How do the numbered models in this range differ from one another? +
