The replacement banner will be sent within 48 hours.

Guarantee:

This product comes with a standard 2 year warranty against aluminum frames due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If the product is determined to be defective, Backdropsource will repair or replace it. The final decision on replacement is at Backdropsource's discretion.

Graphics: Any size of your choice
Font format: No bleed, no crop marks, only outline fonts
File: If using Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only
Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of final print size
File size: Single file under 20MB
Sharing medium: Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, and send us the URL.
